Do I need to dress formally for concerts?

We welcome guests in smart casual attire. Some guests prefer to dress up for the occasion — we love to see it — but formal dress is by no means required.

Is Chopin Garden accessible for guests with disabilities?

Yes. Our main hall and restrooms are fully wheelchair accessible. Please contact us in advance if you have specific access needs and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

Where capacity allows, yes. However, many of our events sell out in advance. We strongly recommend reserving your seats online.

Is photography or recording permitted during concerts?

We ask that all recording devices, including mobile phones, be silenced and put away during performances. Discreet photography is permitted before and after concerts in the foyer and garden.
